If you are having any issue with your router, we recommend that you reset the OpenVPN tab to "Default Settings".
Officially, we don't support routers, but if you have a capable router (like a Netduma router), here is what you could do:
Connect to 192.168.1.1 to access your admin console
Go to Hybrid VPN
Click on VPN Configuration
Select the advanced tab
Enter 1 as username and password
Copy your entire .opvn file into the configuration
Enable the VPN
