I got disconnected from the game

We understand that this is highly frustrating. While it does not happen to a vast majority of our players, you might experience it on rare occasions.

Here's how to prevent it in the future:

Try another location, ideally a bit closer to your location

Uninstall OpenVPN and to install it again (or Repair)

Use another version: OpenVPN 2.5.2.

The program will be on your Windows Taskbar (bottom right part of your screen)

Click on "Import" and select an OVPN profile (downloaded from the website)

Connect your imported profile

Start BattleNet, Steam or GamePass, then start Warzone
